12.09. - 19.09.

This is about the first week ever being in the States. I was introduced to some great steak at the first evening!

 I could already experience some exciting stuff like working in National Jewish Health, which is one of the national-wide best labs/hospital. The boss asked me to work on an interesting task about finding out how bacteria and their effect change in space shuttles and space stations compared to their ground function. This ask is going to be a long work, an at the end I'll have to present my findings to all the doctors and chemists working there (as I could tell them something they they wouldn't already know)!

Wednesday night I have been on a concert of the Pacifica Quartet, which are one of the worlds best. They even performed a piece that has never been played before; it was awesome!

The block party on Saturday night in the middle of the street was a nice event to get to know the neighborhood, with eating lot of food and having quite a great deal of fun.

Looking forward to the 7 weeks to go!
